The book contains papers representing different trends of hydrobotany — a branch of science dealing with overgrowing processes in water bodies and water courses. The beginning of the book is devoted to leading Russian hydrobotanist, doctor of biological sciences, professor V.G. Papchenkov, his career and student memories about him.
