dc.description.abstract
Conformal Gravity is renormalizable and has strong fluctuations capable of
generating spontaneously an Einstein term in the action, as a kind of
“dimensionally transmuted coupling constant”. We show that this may produce
the correct long-range behavior of gravitational forces.
