Der Endoskopische Ultraschall ist eine endoskopische Methode, die Ende des letzten Jahrhunderts auf den Markt kam. Er hat sich seitdem in Diagnostik und Therapie fest etabliert. Im Rahmen der vorgelegten Habilitation und auf Basis eigener Publikationen aus verschiedenen Bereichen werden die Möglichkeiten in Diagnostik und Therapie aufgezeigt.
Endoscopic ultrasound is an endoscopic method that came onto the market at the end of the last century. Since then, it has become firmly established in diagnostics and therapy. The presented habilitation thesis and the author's own publications in various fields demonstrate its diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.
