Cytokinins are essential phytohormones involved in numerous processes during the plant life cycle. In concert with other factors, they mediate growth and development. This work analyzes the function of a response regulator in cytokinin-mediated processed and and presents an new experimental approach for the identification of novel regulators of cytokinin signaling.
Cytoinine sind essentielle Phytohormone, die and verschiedensten Prozessen waehrend des Lebenszyklus vn Pflanzen beteiligt sind. Gemeinsam mit anderen Faktoren vermitteln sie sowohl Wachstum und Entwicklung, als auch Reaktionen der Pflanze auf ihre Umwelt. Diese Arbeit untersucht die Funktion eines response regulators in cytokinin-vermittelten Prozessen und praesentiert eine neue Methode zur Identifikation von bisher unbekannten Mediatoren der Cytokininsignaltransduktion.
