Mplus (statmodel.com) inputs (*.inp) and outputs (*.out) for the four models (1 to 4) as described in the chapter. For difference testing, the *_neu.dat files were generated. The data all models are based on can be found in Papilio.dat

contains set up and parameter estimates for models A to F as decribed in the chapter. Software used to obtain these  was LatentGold 4.5 (statisticalinnovations.com).

Folder Sample replication
Based on the *.dat file, data was generated via the gen*.lgs LatentGold Syntax to produce the *.sim file. This was analysed with the LatentGold Syntax est*.lgs, producing the output in the *.csv file.

boxplots_single_parameters.html
contains boxplots of raw difference scores (parameter estimate - population value)for single parameters (as opposed to values aggregated across parameter groups as in the chapter).
