This dataset contains mucin-type O-glycan profiling data from 24 human terminal ileum mucus samples analyzed by porous graphitized carbon liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (PGC-LC-MS/MS). The GlycoWorkbench file (.gwp) contains annotated MS/MS spectra and putative mucin-type O-glycan structures. The accompanying Excel table (.xlsx) reports identified glycan compositions, putative structures, m/z values, retention times, detected charge states, and relative abundances across individual samples.
