In this thesis, the synthesis and characterization of new complexes, containing metal ions with potential use in nuclear medicine, are discussed. Encapsulation and charge compensation of the metal ions is achieved by new chelating ligand systems basing on benzoylhydrazones and semicarbazones. The structural characterisation of the formed complexes and the elucidation on principal reaction pattern are the main object of the present work. In the first section, the complex formation of lanthanide(III) ions (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Yb) with new ligands, derived from imine condensation reactions of 2,6-diacetyl- or 2,6-diformylpyridin with semicarbazides and benzoylhydrazine, are studied. In the second section of this thesis, benzoylhydrazone- and semicarbazone units are transferred to a tris(o-formylphenyl)phosphine system in order to obtain new tripodal ligands. The condensation of amines additionally yielded tripodal Schiff bases. Isolated complexes of the metal ions In(III), Cu(II), Fe(III), Co(II) and Ni(II) show, that these ligands occupy the complete coordination sphere of a metal ion by coordination of one ligand molecule. Charge compensation was observed and all represented compounds are stable in air and moisture These are basic requirements for a potential use in nuclear medicine.","https://refubium.fu-berlin.de/handle/fub188/5914||http://dx.doi.org/10.17169/refubium-10113","urn:nbn:de:kobv:188-fudissthesis000000003522-2","ger","http://www.fu-berlin.de/sites/refubium/rechtliches/Nutzungsbedingungen","lanthanides||metal complexes||tripodal ligands||phosphines||hydrazones","500 Naturwissenschaften und Mathematik::540 Chemie::540 Chemie und zugeordnete Wissenschaften","Vielzähnige Liganden zur Komplexierung nuklearmedizinisch relevanter Metall- Ionen","Multidental Hydrazone Ligands for Complexation of Metal Ions with radiopharmaceutical Potential","Dissertation","free","open access","Text","Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie","FUDISS_derivate_000000003522","FUDISS_thesis_000000003522","http://www.diss.fu-berlin.de/2008/65/"
