After excitation of the closed-ring form, fluorescence with a quantum yield of 10−5 is observed and separated into different spectro-temporal components. The S1 state of the closed-ring form shows a lifetime of 1.3 ps and decays mainly by internal conversion to the S0 state of this isomer. This vibrationally hot ground state cools on a time scale of 10 ps.","21 S.","35897","https://refubium.fu-berlin.de/handle/fub188/15550||http://dx.doi.org/10.17169/refubium-19738","eng","http://www.elsevier.com/about/open-access/oa-and-elsevier/oa-license-policy#green-open-access","500 Naturwissenschaften und Mathematik::530 Physik","Photophysics of closed- and open-ring isomers of a diarylethene with a carboxylic anchor group","Wissenschaftlicher Artikel","open access","Chemical Physics Letters. - 542 (2012), S.94-98","10.1016/j.cplett.2012.05.077","http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cplett.2012.05.077","00092614","Institut für Experimentalphysik:::0e15dd66-95f1-40d5-8307-e68203f86a76:::600","Physik","FUDOCS_derivate_000000003652","FUDOCS_document_000000020517","no"
