The present thesis should deliver a contribution to the area of the organisational communication. What one defined long as an informal communication – spontaneous, ad hoc and unplanned information exchange beyond the formalized communication surroundings, thus in the hall, by photocopiers, coffeemakers or during lunch in the canteen – is nowadays used by most enterprises as a natural procedure to the increase of productiveness and is accepted. The work structures have changed so far that this what in organizations in the past was defined as ""informally conversation“, belongs to the general and from organizations desired information exchange of a working everyday life in particular in economic enterprise. It is no more important when how and where is spoken, but about what. How is informal communication to be distinguished nowadays from the formal ones? However, these on the basis of subjective interpretations and from private interests arising information are not to be uncoupled basically from the varied formal conversations in modern organizations. Informal aspects (private-related contents) must be looked also as a part of the organisational communication and be to be taken into consideration in the analysis of the formal communication ways and communication contents (work-related information exchange). Hence, informal communication can be interpreted not only as a sturgeon factor and be held under austere control. There originates rather the question, to what extent an informal information exchange has a supporting function in learning organizations within the scope of organisational communication expiries. System-theoretically shown, the information exchange ""foreign to organization"" could perform (informally) his contribution to the preservation and to the revitalization of organizations. On account of the big difficulty to distinguish formal from the informal communication, this study has dealt with different dimensions of the organisational communication (has examined formal and informal interactions) with regard to their influence on learning organizations. The results show that above all the lacking participation of the employees which is assigned within the scope of this work of the formal communication can strongest impair the organisational learning. The study could show also that informal communication plays an important role for the subjective feeling of the organization members: She seems to have influence on the job satisfaction and the affiliation feeling and could promote therefore group cohesions and the identification of the employees with the organization. The present work contain beside findings to the formal and informal communication and her connection with the seven dimensions of a learning organization which are illustrated in the ""Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) by Watkins and Marsik (2003), also those to the connection of informal communication with the trust to superiors and work groups. The base for the empiric investigation forms a random check of 338 persons active in two different organization types at the age between 18 and 58 years. These come from enterprises which belong to the area of private enterprises in the electricity supply branch, as well as the public management at state level.","262, [16] S.","https://refubium.fu-berlin.de/handle/fub188/11175||http://dx.doi.org/10.17169/refubium-15373","urn:nbn:de:kobv:188-fudissthesis000000035710-2","ger","http://www.fu-berlin.de/sites/refubium/rechtliches/Nutzungsbedingungen","informelle Kommunikation||informal communication||formal communication||learning organisation||private conversation","100 Philosophie und Psychologie::150 Psychologie||300 Sozialwissenschaften::330 Wirtschaft","Wie relevant kann informelle Kommunikation für Lernende Organisationen sein?","How relevant can informal communication be for learning organizations?","Dissertation","free","open access","Text","Erziehungswissenschaft und Psychologie","FUDISS_derivate_000000010567","FUDISS_thesis_000000035710"
